Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Order cancellations

You may request an automatic cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. After this window, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfillment has started.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
